lingering in lyrics lost like lightning in the sky
a
brilliant flash is quickly dashed in moments that go by

ceaseless storm that will perform with words upon a page
another
song then i move on within this war i wage
unto
another lightning bolt filled with a billion amps
with
endless strikes wherein i write creating writer’s cramp
the
storm won’t lessen or decline or lighting strikes abate
the
